Cut cabinet lock with latch bolt

Central Europe, 19th century

Forged, polished, and filed malleable iron and brass. The bolt mechanism is concealed under a small plate attached with screws; the plate has a keyhole. The latch bolt has a lathe-turned brass cone finial.
